About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any consulting engagement or academy enrolment — those are covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

Using this site

You may read, link to, and share anything on this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system behind it, or submit forms in an automated way.

Accounts are personal. If you create one you are responsible for keeping the password secure and for activity under it.

Accuracy of content

We try hard to keep this site accurate and to substantiate what it claims. Statistics published here carry a source; where a figure cannot be substantiated, we describe the thing qualitatively instead of publishing a number.

Content on this site is general information, not advice for your specific situation. An architecture review is where we give advice about your circumstances, and that comes with its own engagement terms.

Locations

Our location pages describe markets we serve, not physical offices. Unless a page explicitly lists a street address, no walk-in premises should be inferred. We deliver remotely and on-site at client premises.

Academy

Enrolment is governed by a separate agreement covering fees, schedule, and cancellation. Nothing on this site is an offer of enrolment or a guarantee of a place in a cohort.

We provide placement support, described on the placements page. We do not guarantee employment, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Infinity Tech unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks — including Salesforce and the other platform marks shown — belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the technologies we work with.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
