We work across six Indian markets. Delivery is remote and on-site; academy cohorts run online and hybrid.

About

Two halves of one business.

Infinity Tech is a cloud engineering practice and a training academy. Not two companies sharing a logo — one loop, where each side is the reason the other works.

The loop

Why we run both.

Consultancies compete for the same scarce engineers and complain that the market is thin. Training institutes teach a curriculum written from product documentation by people who have never carried a release.

We decided the two problems were each other's answer. The academy curriculum is written from delivery work — the integration that failed at month nine, the data model that could not survive a reorganisation, the release that needed a rollback at 2am. Nothing is taught that we have not had to get right for a client.

In the other direction, our delivery teams are staffed substantially by engineers we trained. We know exactly what they were taught, because we taught it. When we put someone on your programme, we are not reading their CV for the first time.

How we work

Four commitments we will hold to in writing.

01

Architecture before build

We will not start building until the data model, integration surface, security model, and release strategy are written down and agreed. Programmes that skip this stage do not go faster; they discover the same problems later and more expensively.

02

You can leave after any phase

Every engagement is structured so you could take it in-house at the end of any phase, with the pipeline, the tests, and the documentation. A partner you cannot leave is not a partner.

03

The people who scope it, deliver it

The engineers in your architecture review are the engineers on your programme. No bait-and-switch between the pitch team and the delivery team.

04

We will tell you when not to build

Sometimes the answer is a smaller change, a different product, or nothing at all. Saying so costs us a project and earns the next three.

Where we work

Six markets, one standard.

We deliver across six Indian markets, each with a different industrial mix and a different set of platform problems. Our city pages say what each one actually asks for rather than repeating the same paragraph six times.
