Yes, and you should ask every vendor this. The engineers in your architecture review are the engineers on your programme. Bait-and-switch between a pitch team and a delivery team is one of the most common failure modes in this industry.
Yes, and every engagement is structured so you can. Documentation, pipelines, and tests are deliverables throughout, not an end-of-project scramble. A partner you cannot leave is not a partner.

No. Each program states its actual prerequisite above, and none of them assume prior Salesforce work. What matters far more is being comfortable with structured problem-solving.
No, and we would be cautious of anyone who does. We provide placement support — interview preparation, portfolio review, and introductions to hiring partners — but the offer comes from an employer making their own decision.
Yes. Every module carries build work, and each program ends with a capstone reviewed the way we review client delivery. A certificate without a portfolio does not survive a technical interview.
