Find your city

We work across six Indian markets. Delivery is remote and on-site; academy cohorts run online and hybrid.

Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-09-01.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. If you send an enquiry form we store your name, email address, and any phone number, city, area of interest, and message you provide. If you apply for a role we additionally store the details on the application form and the resume file you attach.

If you create an account we store your email address and an authentication record. We never store your password — authentication is handled by Supabase, and passwords are hashed and salted by them.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address and nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not embed third-party tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or cross-site analytics. There are no third-party scripts on this site at all.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not build advertising profiles or attempt to identify you across other websites.

Browser storage

We use your browser’s localStorage for two things: remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme, and keeping you signed in if you have an account. Both stay in your browser. The theme preference is never transmitted anywhere.

Clearing your site data removes both. The site continues to work — the theme simply follows your operating system setting again.

If you arrive from a campaign link carrying utm_ parameters, those are recorded alongside that single form submission so we know which channel it came from. They are not used to track you afterwards.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions, applications, and account records are stored in a Supabase project hosted in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai, India). Resume files are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly readable.

Access to stored data is restricted at the database level by row-level security. Only authorised administrators can read submissions, and that restriction is enforced by the database itself rather than by the website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially relevant and reviewed periodically. Job applications, including resumes, are kept for up to 12 months from submission unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

If you have an account you can change your password from your dashboard at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and change the date below. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
